Mia 290 ("Mia", "we", "us") is a private AI operations assistant for 290, a hospitality venue at 290 Chase Road, Southgate, London N14 6HA.

1. Information We Access

Mia 290 accesses Google user data via OAuth 2.0 on behalf of an authorised Google account ([email protected]), limited to the services required for internal venue administration:

• Google Drive — read and manage files used in day-to-day operations;
• Google Docs — read and edit internal documents;
• Google Sheets — read and update booking calendars and spend-tracking spreadsheets;
• Google Calendar — read and manage venue scheduling.

2. How We Use This Data

Google user data is used solely to provide the internal operational functions described above — venue administration, bookings, scheduling, documents and reporting. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running 290.

3. How Data Is Stored

Credentials and any cached Google data are stored on a secured private server controlled by the operator of 290. Access to the server is restricted to authorised administrators.

4. How Data Is Shared

Google user data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties. It is accessible only to authorised users of Mia 290 for internal operational purposes.

5. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary for internal operations. Authorisation can be revoked at any time by removing Mia 290's access from the Google account's third-party access settings, after which Mia 290 will no longer be able to access Google data.

6. Compliance with Google Policies

Mia 290's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
